Dans une Note précédente (partie I) nous avons présenté une famille de champs aléatoires multifractals dont les accroissements ont une loi symétrique. Nous construisons dans cette seconde partie une autre famille de champs intermittents, à accroissements dissymétriques.

In a previous Note (part I) we presented a family of multifractal random fields, the increments of which have a symmetrical distribution. In this second part we construct another family of intermittent fields, with asymmetric increments.
