On montre que le premier degré dynamique d'une transformation de Cremona du plan qui stabilise une courbe irrationnelle non elliptique est égal à 1. De plus, parmi ces transformations, on caractérise celles qui sont d'ordre fini.
We show that the first dynamical degree of a Cremona transformation stabilizing an irrational non elliptic curve is 1. Moreover, among these transformations, we characterize those which have finite order.
